The Downtime journey began in 2024 when our founder, Goran Krndija, had an enlightening encounter with a lawn care provider at his Fort Worth home. Having completed his sole job for the day at a neighbor’s yard, the lawn care provider aimed to make the most of his downtime.
He suggested a discounted rate to Goran for mowing his lawn, and Goran agreed. This incident underscored a common challenge for small businesses: unproductive downtime that often leads to financial strain and potential closure.
